iOPlayerAndroid media player and playlist portal
Privacy Policy

Your device profile stays focused on playback and activation.

This policy explains what iOPlayer collects, why it is needed, how it is used, and what users can control when using the Android app and playlist portal.

Short version

iOPlayer uses a device identifier, device key, playlist details you add, activation status, service transaction status, and optional diagnostics to run the app and portal. Playlist credentials are used only to load sources you provide.

1. Information we collect

  • Device MAC-style identifier and Device Key shown in the app.
  • Activation status, trial dates, license records, and service transaction confirmation status.
  • Playlist names, URLs, Xtream usernames, passwords, and uploaded M3U files that you choose to save.
  • Optional diagnostics such as app version, playback engine, stream request status, network details, and crash/debug messages.

2. How we use information

  • To connect the Android app with the correct portal device profile.
  • To verify trial, activation, and license access.
  • To store and synchronize playlists between the portal and the app.
  • To troubleshoot playback, update delivery, and portal reliability.

3. Service transactions

Activation transactions are processed by an external payment service. iOPlayer receives only the confirmation and reference details needed to complete device activation. Full payment account or card credentials are not stored by iOPlayer.

4. Sharing

iOPlayer does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by hosting, transaction, or infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the app, website, activation flow, licensing, and support. The app may also connect directly to user-selected playlist sources and optional external services such as metadata or network-test providers when the user uses those features.

5. User choices

  • You can remove playlists from the portal or app.
  • You can avoid optional debug tools unless support asks for diagnostics.
  • You can contact support to request deletion of a device profile or playlist data.

6. Security and retention

We use access controls and server-side protections to reduce unauthorized access. Device, playlist, activation, and transaction-confirmation records are retained while needed to provide the service, prevent trial abuse, support licensing, and maintain security logs.

7. Children

iOPlayer is not directed to children. Users are responsible for ensuring playlists and content sources are appropriate and legal for their household.

8. Contact

For privacy, deletion, or support requests, use the support form on the official website or email dev.ioplayer.pro@gmail.com.
